The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Choice
Great Cloud Vapor is one of several companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Foods and Drug Management have issued caution letters to a further ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (doing business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are usually favored by young adults, but that adults should also be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These states were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory requirements or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, she or he should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavors were added following the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the product to be misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small children would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only way to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false advertising would be to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Manufacturers cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice products including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Neat Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably massive amount nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth area of the disposable product was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I looked at the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and found that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and another products was that product did not have any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional smokes. My next puff sent a rush of flavor through my lips which lasted only for a second and my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. After the third puff I experienced a nice and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, presenting me each of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz from it.
